To book a trip with DreamOverflow, you must complete our booking form and submit a deposit or full payment as required for the tour. Payments can be made securely via our third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
Booking Confirmation: Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your trip.
Payment Terms: The full balance for your tour is due no later than 30 days before your departure date unless stated otherwise.
4. Cancellation and Refunds

DreamOverflow Cancellations: In rare cases where DreamOverflow must cancel a trip due to external factors such as weather or political instability, we will offer you a full refund or the option to reschedule your trip.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unforeseen events. Travel insurance can cover trip cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, and other incidents. DreamOverflow is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the trip.

As a client, you agree to the following responsibilities:
Provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.
Arrive at the designated meeting points and times.
Follow all instructions from local guides, including safety and behavior guidelines.
Comply with all local laws, regulations, and cultural customs during the trip.
