REFUND POLICY

At DreamOverflow, we want you to have a seamless and memorable travel experience. However, we understand that plans can change. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which we can process refunds and cancellations for trips booked through our website.

1. Booking Confirmation
When you book a trip with us, we will send you a booking confirmation along with the details of your itinerary. This confirms that your trip is reserved. Once your booking is confirmed, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

2. Cancellations
If you need to cancel your trip, please contact us as soon as possible via email at [email protected]. The cancellation policy depends on the timing of the cancellation and the specific tour.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure: You will receive a full refund minus any non-refundable fees (such as booking fees, payments made to third-party service providers, etc.).
Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before departure: You will receive a 50% refund, minus any non-refundable fees.
Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: Unfortunately, no refund will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of departure, due to the advanced planning and commitments made on your behalf.
3. Changes to Your Booking
If you need to change the dates or details of your trip, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, any changes made within 30 days of departure may incur additional fees, depending on the specific tour and availability. Please contact us for assistance with modifications.

4. Special Circumstances
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you are unable to travel due to illness, family emergencies, or other serious matters, please contact us immediately. We may be able to offer a partial credit toward a future trip or provide alternative solutions depending on the situation. Documentation (e.g., medical certificates) may be required to process exceptions.

5. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on the payment processor.

6. Tour Cancellations by DreamOverflow
In rare circumstances, if DreamOverflow needs to cancel a tour due to extreme weather, natural disasters, political unrest, or other uncontrollable events, you will be offered:

A full refund
An alternative tour or trip of similar value
A credit for a future trip with DreamOverflow
In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to arrange the best possible solution.

7. Non-Refundable Fees
Certain fees, such as booking fees, third-party service fees (e.g., airline or hotel deposits), and special activity costs, may be non-refundable under all circumstances. These details will be provided at the time of booking.
